The Level 2 Food Safety Training course is a follow-on training course from level 1 which is most suited to individuals working in the food and beverage industry who have direct food contact such as kitchen staff, chefs and managers. It is a legal requirement for all chefs and kitchen staff to have completed.

The course can be delivered on site at your premises, or at an alternative venue as agreed with the client.

Consists of ten food safety & hygiene sessions, worksheets, videos & exam

All course materials provided

At the end of the training course there will be an exam, which upon correction, the attendees will be issued with a certification confirming attendance and grading.

A Training record and results summary will be provided for all client files.
