HACCP Level 1 – Food Safety Training
Our Level 1 HACCP Food Safety Skills Training Course covers the basic skills laid out by the food Safety authority of Ireland (FSAI). It must be completed by new staff, part-time staff, front of house staff and any person working with food. It is also a suitable refresher course for previously trained food handlers.
There are no minimum entry requirements. This course can be tailored to your business process and service needs. Certified for 3 years by Food Safety Excellence Ireland.
