What this Workshop covers:

The aim of this workshop is enable our clients to understand, implement and review food safety management systems.

Our clients will be in a position to fully understand the concept of HACCP principals, control measures and hazard principals. They will be able to recognise and understand the importance of the pre-requisite programme in underpinning the food safety management system and demonstrate knowledge of the legal requirements and relevant standards applicable to food businesses.

By the end of the workshop it would be our goal that our clients will be competent in implementing and reviewing the food safety management system.
